October 2022 – August 2023

COMPLETE Phase I begins: Harrison House removed; construction of new building along San Felipe to ultimately expand the Lower School and consolidate administration and temporarily house the Upper School; start of construction on new fieldhouse and new physical plant.

September 2023

Phase II begins: Demolition of old Upper School and start of construction on new Upper School building and expanded athletic and arts facilities on same footprint; about 75% of Upper School classrooms are housed in the newly constructed building along San Felipe; students are attending their remaining classes – mostly science – in state-of-the-art modular buildings, which also house athletic support facilities, on the west side of campus.

January 2024

COMPLETE Completion of new fieldhouse and new physical plant for new Upper School building.

August 2025

New Upper School building opens.

Fall 2025 – Spring 2026

Assuming adequate philanthropic funding is secured.

Phase III begins: Building along San Felipe repurposed for its ultimate use – expanded Lower School and consolidated administration; repurposing of Student Life building.

August 2026

First expanded Pre-K class enters; LS expands by one section of eight students per grade over next five years.
